As well, there is a spacious master suite (which has disabled access facilities); a bedroom for your personal guests, and a study/bedroom. Behind the Lodge is a large barn with a mezzanine floor. It would make a very good venue
for weddings, music or drama, yoga studio etc.
The farmlet comprises small stockyards, several fields and a tract of native bush. It also has the potential to be subdivided, or planted in horticulture. It is currently running 25 coloured sheep, two calves and (on loan) 2 donkeys. There is a hen house and run attached to the barn. | | The West Coast of the
