 Sete, often nicknamed "Little Venice", is situated in the south of France. It is a town of 40 000 people and is active all year round. Beaches are 5 minutes away from the center of town.
Sete is almost an island, having a very nice climate. There
is an airport in Montpellier, 30 minutes drive away, and a train station where you can go non-stop to Paris. There are also ferries for the Baleares islands and Morroco. The local real estate market is increasing around 15% each year.
